I begin all of my classes with a full body warmup including conditioning & stretching exercises. I like to spend the rest of our time on foundational techniques, progressions, etc. Or teaching a phrase of choreography, focusing on style, picking up fine details & performance quality.

I begin all of my classes with a thorough warmup to prepare the body. Including exercises to build coordination, dexterity, and rythym. Followed by some more exercises in the center or across the floor to train all technical elements. I usually spend the final portion of class working on a phrase of choreography.

Thorough warm-up with exercises to build coordination, strength, dexterity, and rhythm. Followed by conditioning and isolation sequences for fortification. Moving on to movement phrases in the centre & across the floor. Lastly the final portion of class with improvisation technique & exploring a phrase of choreography.

Beginning with a series of refined barre exercises to allow the dancer to warm up the body and cultivate their technique before moving to the centre for au milieu exercises. From there we will focus our time on elements including Adagio, Pirouettes & Allegro. Students receive personalized corrections on technique and artistry.
